About

I help complex products become clear, credible, and easier for customers to choose and use.

Much of my career has been spent in industries where the product, audience, or business model takes some explanation: B2B SaaS, enterprise IoT, fintech, electronics distribution, oil and gas services, and AI-powered training technology.

At Verizon, I worked closely with product teams on enterprise technology and IoT experiences, translating technical capabilities, customer insights, and product friction into clearer positioning, journeys, and sales materials. That work reinforced something I had already learned earlier in my career: complexity is not the problem. Unclear communication is.

I connect the work that turns product value into customer action.
At Webgility and Predictive Fitness, the biggest gains did not come from one campaign, one launch, or one clever message. They came from finding where the customer journey was breaking down: unclear positioning, pricing friction, weak handoffs, confusing onboarding, disconnected data, or lifecycle moments that were not hitting the mark.

I can zoom out far enough to see the full path from product value to customer action, but I am also willing to get close enough to fix the copy, workflow, launch plan, or handoff that is slowing things down.

I am comfortable working where the product is still evolving.
More recently, that has included AI-powered products and AI-enabled workflows. At Predictive Fitness, I led marketing for a SaaS and mobile app portfolio that used adaptive technology to help athletes train more effectively. The challenge was not to explain every technical feature. It was to make the value feel clear, useful, trustworthy, and easy to act on.

That is how I think about AI inside a marketing team, too. I am comfortable working in an environment that changes quickly, and I am always looking for practical ways to use AI to understand the market, move faster with more consistency, and create a better customer experience.

I lead close to the work.
I have led teams, owned budgets, shaped positioning, rebuilt marketing operations, worked through pricing decisions, written copy, reviewed customer journeys, and jumped into the details when the details mattered.

I like strategy, but I do not want to be removed from the work. My one-on-ones are less about status updates and more about removing blockers and supporting my team. I stay steady under pressure, bring structure to ambiguity, and come with a point of view. I like the work better when smart people are willing to challenge and improve it.
